We provide a functional guarantee for quartz (battery-powered) watches.

This guarantee covers:

  • Movement not functioning upon arrival
  • Battery-related operational issues detected shortly after delivery

Quartz movements are electronically driven, making fault identification clear and objective.
For this reason, guarantee support can be offered more reliably.


Automatic & Mechanical Watches

Automatic and mechanical watches are crafted with intricate mechanical components that rely on precise movement and balance.

Due to the delicate nature of these mechanisms, performance can be influenced by factors such as handling, impact, or transportation. In many cases, it is not possible to clearly determine whether a mechanical issue originates from internal manufacturing factors or from external influences after delivery.

For this reason, functional guarantees for automatic and mechanical movements are naturally limited.


What Is Not Covered

Our guarantee does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by drops, impacts, or improper handling
  • Water damage of any kind
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Battery replacement after initial use
  • Issues arising from third-party repairs or modifications

Water Resistance Disclaimer

Water resistance ratings are provided for reference only.

We do not recommend swimming, showering, or submerging the watch unless explicitly stated.
Water-related damage is not covered under our guarantee.


Reporting an Issue

If you experience an issue:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Include clear photos or videos showing the issue
